5 Useful Tips Quit Smoking Right Now
Are You believe me that I quit smoking with no any medical aid? Yes, I made it!

Formore than twenty years I was a hard smoker, using close to three boxes each day. That is a normal for me. At times I consumed four boxes just for the night when I played music during invitations to offer leisure and pleasure to fiestasin my country, Mexico.

How I quit smoking is the one I am planning to tell you, in this article.

1. Crush a single cigarette. This happens when I was really having a smoking persons cough for more than whole night. One night when I could no longer hold my cough, I was awfully mad at the intense of my cough and I made the connection with the cigarettes. With no any word, I right away grab a stick and rumpled it, and says, "I dislike you, I hate you, I dislike you" and thrown it ayaw. After this day, it was the start of a life for me, I get rid of cigarettes.

2. Stay away from cigarette smoke - occasionally I was enticed to smoke when I smell the cigarette smoke especially in public places. What I did, I leave the area immediately and look for a place where are no smoking persons. I did this each time for more than six months. After that, I was able already be with humans who smoke free of being enticed with their tobacco smell. I already passed through the critical period of adaptation.

3. Have a lot of of water and juices - After perspiration from my physical activities, I drink a lot of of fruit juice or water which is provided to the maximum. Water is the number one body cleansing and there is no better quit smoking help for you than cleaning toxins. I felt I was totally relieved after consuming water. Whether there is a fresh juice I drink it to substitute water. Most often I take more water than fruit juice.

4. Think positive - Thinking positive, what I am talking about, is I usually think about and focus on the positive side of things. I do not bother myself for bad thing in the past I encountered during the long moths of addiction with cigarette smoking. I always prefer things that are not connected with cigarette. In case if out of the blue cigarette need comes in my head, I right away change course to erase it. Making things to while away the time to forget cigarette related attention.

5. Self Discipline - I always hold my mind to my resolution to stop smoking. No amount of enticing or attractiveness could snap off my personal choice from my friends who are smoking persons. While social gatherings or simple get together, I am not able not save to mingle with smoking persons. But, thanks to my strong decision not to smoke again, I strictly adhere to my choice to be non-smoking person, and I are able endure the strong stress. To me, that's self discipline.

That was the story of my stop smoking experience. I'm affirmatively hoping that what I've told you construed on my life story, I may aid you quit your dependence to tobacco smoking.
